How has real estate changed my life?

A young man in his early twenties with a big dream that may have seemed out of reach but he knew he could if he tried and he would.

Although I was always intrigued by Real Estate, I had a family to take care of and a steady check seemed most prudent. So I set that aside for a later time. Fast forward 15 years later, my rental ski malfunctioned on a family vacation in the Sierra's and I tore my ACL forcing me to take a break from my usual "9-5" job. While recuperating from surgery, I began thinking and singing a new tune, becoming a Realtor. I'll never forget the day I passed my exam. I knew my life was about to change and I couldn’t wait!

Looking back at the last 15 years, I am blown away and truly grateful. I have been mentored to have integrity in every transaction.  I have the privilege of having a job that is truly suited to my personality.  I like people and I like helping. I prefer to roll up my sleeves and jump in, when something needs to get done.

Buying a home, is one of life’s biggest investments.  It is a PRIVILEGE EVERY SINGLE TIME. Selling ones home, or that of a loved one, can be emotional on many levels and I take the responsibility of both rolls very seriously.

The opportunities I have today are gratifying.  Building relationships with clients, identifying their needs and helping them in one life’s biggest investments is a HUGE responsibility.   I THRIVE in knowing they trust me.  My work not only invests in other people's dreams but builds relationships that last a lifetime. Stocking shelves and working frozen food or building relationships and helping people achieve their dreams? For me it’s a no brainer.  I am so thankful!
